This page explains how to report alleged copyright infringement relating to content hosted on Great Day’s website or platforms. This is general information and not legal advice. 1) Scope
We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users, partners, and vendors to do the same. We will promptly process and investigate notices of alleged infringement and take appropriate actions under the DMCA and other applicable laws.
2) Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

- A statement of good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

3) What Happens After We Receive a Proper Notice
- We will acknowledge receipt (usually by email).
- We may disable access to or remove the allegedly infringing material.
- We may notify the content poster of the removal and provide them with a copy of your notice.
- In appropriate circumstances, we may terminate repeat infringers.
4) Submitting a Counter-Notice (If Your Content Was Removed)
If your content was removed and you believe it was taken down in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your contact information: full name, mailing address, phone, and email.
- Identification of the removed material and the location where it appeared before removal (specific URL).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your address (or Jackson County, Missouri if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
